EEHSP General Elections Meeting
Join us on Wednesday, May 20th for the final General Meeting of this school year and elections for the next school year!
We will be sharing information about the remaining events of the school year, as well as providing budget updates and a look back at our recent activities. Enfield and Erdenheim school principals will be present to give updates from each of their buildings.
After the regular meeting, we will hold elections for all 2026-27 Executive Board positions. In accordance with the updated By-Laws that were approved this school year, all Board positions will be open for nominations. If you have considered getting more involved with your school community, now is the time! Please submit your '26-27 EESHP Executive Board Application by Tuesday, May 12. In person nominations will also be accepted at the General Meeting.

Board Positions
Co-Presidents
The Co-Presidents work together to ensure the successful operations of EEHSP, including sharing the responsibilities of General Meeting management, overseeing Committees and Board positions, ensuring the organization's bylaws and mission are followed, and the partnership between EEHSP and our schools is strong.
Co-Vice Presidents of Schools
Co-Vice Presidents of Schools oversee our Room Parents and Grade Level Lead parents at Enfield and Erdenheim Elementary Schools. They keep room parents informed of EEHSP happenings, as well as help oversee Grade Level Leads for grade level events and initiatives. Co-VPs of Grades also facilitate the collection of monetary gifts for the holidays for each school's staff.
Co-Vice President of Fundraising
Our Vice Presidents of Fundraising oversee the sponsorship aspect of EEHSP's fundraising committees and events, including Trunk-or-Treat, Designer Bag Bingo, Harlem Wizards, Dine & Donate, and Spring Carnival. The individuals in this co-position partner with families and businesses to create sponsorship and grant opportunities. We are always looking for new sponsors and fundraising ideas, along with enthusiastic volunteers to join our events and committees!
Co-Treasurers
Our Treasurer team makes sure to keep detailed track of everything financial that’s happening at EEHSP. From helping create our annual budget and accounting for all donations to reimbursing teachers through our Teacher Grants and paying all vendors, our Co-Treasurers keep our 501c3 organization financially sound!
Co-Communications Directors
The Co-Communications Directors work together to ensure timely and effective communications for our EEHSP community. Together they oversee EEHSP's social media, website maintenance, graphic design, creating our monthly EEHSP Newsletter "The Spartan Spirit," and ensure our events are included in school newsletters.
Volunteer Coordinator
The Volunteer Coordinator helps build EEHSP's volunteer base for our many events throughout the year, in conjunction with the committee chairs. Please reach out to directly or fill out the volunteer form on the Volunteer page if you're interested in volunteering or joining a committee!
The EEHSP Spirit Wear Director oversees our online merchandise store, including the inventory and sales of Spartan clothing and accessories, as well as running sales at various EEHSP events. This position also facilitates Color Day T-shirt sales, from coordinating the student design contest through to distribution of approximately 800 shirts each year.
