TRUNK-OR-TREAT is THIS SATURDAY!

Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024 ~ 3:00-5:00 pm

Day of Details for Attendees: 

• Parking will be available in the upper parking lot of Erdenheim Elementary (near cafeteria entrance), and in the high school lot adjacent to the tennis courts. Both lots are accessible from Springfield Way which runs between Papermill and Haws. Please do not park on Haws Lane. 

• Please check in at one of our two registration tables upon arrival, located at Erdenheim's main entrance and near the lower level playground. We will have a list of ticket holder names, though having your purchase confirmation may help expedite the process. 

• IMPORTANT NOTE: the new playground ramp is NOT yet accessible and is off-limits for the duration of the event. For those with accessibility needs, please use the main entrance check-in (located near the corner of Haws and Springfield Way).

• Payment methods accepted: Cash and Venmo only for door ticket sales ($5/each), pumpkin decorating ($5/each), raffle tickets (prices vary), and Spirit Wear (prices vary).

Trunk decorating & passing out treats is FULL for this year's event - Make a note on your calendar to get in on the FUN next year! 

These are the perks of decorating a trunk to keep you motivated into next year:

  • Volunteers needed to decorate their trunks and pass out treats. 

  • You will receive 2 free entry tickets for volunteering with a trunk! 

  • Prizes will be awarded to the best decorated trunks!​

 

🍬 Feed the Treat Monsters! 👹 

Send your students in with store-bought, unopened packages of non-nut candies and allergy friendly non-candy treats! Collection dates are Mon-Fri, Oct. 14-18. All donations will be used to support our trunk hosts during the event.

We support the Teal Pumpkin Project and those in our school community with food allergies. Please no nut candies and non-candy treats are also welcomed!  List of nut-free treats can be found here.  Yum Earth brand is also recommended.
