📚✨ Enfield Families, It’s Book Fair Time! ✨📚

The Enfield Book Fair is one of the most magical weeks of the school year, when curiosity runs wild, new favorite stories are discovered, and kids get to experience the joy of choosing books all their own (plus a few fun extras, too!). We can’t wait to welcome our young readers and their families for a week filled with imagination, excitement, and plenty of page-turning fun.
 

🌟 Preview Day — Monday, February 2

 

Every class will visit the Book Fair for Preview Day, when students will explore the fair and create their Wish List of books and items they love. These Wish Lists come home with book titles and prices so families can review choices together. 

 

Please note: There is no purchasing on Monday. Orders will be placed Tuesday through Friday once Wish Lists and payment are returned to school. Book Fair eWallet is a cashless way for students to purchase books once they return their Wish List to school. If you have an eWallet balance from last year, please be sure to login to your My Scholastic Account and transfer it to this year's wallet. It will not automatically transfer. 

 

Parent volunteers are especially helpful on Preview Day, guiding students to books they’ll love and helping them complete their Wish Lists. Be sure to check the Volunteer SignUp Genius to see when your child’s class is visiting and consider lending a hand if you can!
 

❄️📖 Family Night — Tuesday, February 3
(5:00-7:00 pm)

 

Bundle up and bring the whole family for a cozy evening of book shopping and fun! Browse a wide selection of books for students and adults or swing by for a little solo shopping.

While you’re there:

• Stop by the cafeteria for an activity hosted by the Sustainability & Garden Committee

• Warm up at our Hot Chocolate Station (a brand-new treat this year!)

It’s the perfect winter night out for book lovers of all ages.

 

💙 Volunteer Opportunities

 

Our Book Fair wouldn’t be possible without our incredible parent volunteers. There are lots of ways to help, including:

• Set-up and break-down days

• Assisting students with Wish Lists on Preview Day

• Filling book orders (Tuesday–Friday)

• Supporting Family Night
