PRESIDENT (Co-President role open)*
CHRISTIA DONOHUE
Christia has two children in Enfield & Erdenheim (K & 3rd grade). Previously, Christia was on the board as Director of Purchasing/Spirit Wear. Presidents oversee the Board and General Meetings, as well as the successful operations of the EEHSP as a whole, ensuring the organization's bylaws and mission are followed and the partnership between the EEHSP and schools are strong.

The Co-Presidents work together to ensure the successful operations of the EEHSP, including the sharing of responsibilities of meeting management and overseeing Committees and Board positions.
VICE PRESIDENT OF FUNDRAISING (Co-VP of Fundraising roles open)*
MARIA THOMPSON
Maria leads many of our most popular community fundraising events, including Trunk-or-Treat in the Fall and Designer Bag Bingo in the Spring. The Co-VPs of Fundraising lead the fundraising committee, which also organizes all of our Dine & Donate events and corporate sponsorship and grant opportunities. We are always looking for new sponsors and fundraising ideas, along with enthusiastic volunteers to join our events and committees!

Co-VP of Fundraising: Sponsorships
Leads the efforts on garnering business and corporate donations and sponsorships for the many EEHSP events, gather donations for raffles and event needs, plans monthly dine and donate events, supports co-chair as needed, and works with co- chair to propose new fundraising opportunities.
Co-VP of Fundraising: Events
Oversees fundraising event committees to ensure organized and successful fundraising events that meet budget goals. Serves as the liaison between event planning committees and EEHSP Board. Supports Co-VP as needed and assesses new fundraising opportunities, alongside Co-VP of Fundraising.

CO-VICE PRESIDENT OF GRADE LEVELS - ERDENHEIM
AISLING EHRET
Heidi and Aisling oversee our Room Parents and Grade Level Lead parents at Enfield and Erdenheim Elementary Schools. They keep room parents informed of EEHSP happenings, as well as help oversee Grade Level Leads for grade level events and initiatives. Co-VPs of Grades also facilitate the collection of monetary gifts for the holidays for each school's staff.

CO-VP OF GRADE LEVELS - ENFIELD
Oversee the Room Parents and Grade Level Leads at Enfield Elementary. Work closely with communications and the EEHSP Board to ensure timely and effective communications to Room Parents regarding EEHSP news and events. Oversee Grade Level Leads in the successful execution of their events and initiaties.
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (Co-Communications Manager role open)*

Our Communications Managers are in charge of the official EEHSP communications including social media, website maintenance, graphic design, creating our monthly EEHSP Newsletter and making sure our events are included in the Schools' newsletters.

Co-Communications Manager
The Co-Communications Managers work together to ensure timely and effective communications to our EEHSP community. For '24-'25, the Co-Communications Manager is needed to support the distribution of e-mail campaigns via our MailChimp server (training to be provided), including the "Spartan Spirit" monthly newsletter and event and fundraising e-mails. The role will also update the EEHSP website as needed and work with the Co-Communications Manager on social media posts and other communications needs, to support our Committee Chairs and Board members.

Katie is instrumental in building our EEHSP Board and committees. She helps manage the volunteers for our various events throughout the year, in conjunction with the committee chairs. Please reach out to her directly or fill out the volunteer form on the Volunteer page if you're interested!
CO-TREASURERS
Amy Raffaele, Dia Siraki & Andrea Sanchez
Our Treasurer team makes sure to keep detailed track of everything financial that’s happening at the EEHSP. From helping create our annual budget and accounting for all donations to reimbursing teachers for our Teacher Funds and paying vendors -- our Treasurers keep our 501c3 organization financially sound.
RECORDING SECRETARY*
SHIRA GILCHRIST
As our Recording Secretary, Shira keeps detailed notes at all of our General and Board Meetings (once per month) and submits the reports for records.

A new Recording Secretary is needed to support our monthly General and Board Meeting note taking. If you are able to attend in person or virtually our monthly meetings (replacement can be found on occasion if meeting has to be missed) and type fast, you can be an excellent Recording Secretary and fulfill this vital Board role.
